Raffaella Piccoli has gained an extensive experience in foreign investment to and from Asia, having spent more than a decade between Shanghai and Singapore. She has a deep knowledge of cross borders regimes in Singapore and in the region, where she has provided consultancy to several companies in creating local presences and in integrating them with their European headquarters.
Her area of expertise comprises corporate and commercial matters, themes, as well as foreign direct investment and development projects, structuring and extraordinary operations.
Raffaella has joined ATA Singapore in 2021 as a Partner.
